Hotel was big and deluxe. Kowloon district definitely deserves exploring. The breakfast was good with a wide array of delicious options. Incredibly helpful restaurant staff. Plus, free WiFi was available.

The rooms were large and the overall experience was lovely! Being minutes away from Spring Deer was nice, we had dinner there. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was handy.

The staff were very good and attentive, and the location for shopping is very conveinent.
As a member of the holiday inn group I was disappointed to find that I was put in the smallest room in the hotel, with very little room for our luggage. I also did not recieve the news papers that are normally complimenty to members. This was quite disapointing as we were on a rest break between flights from Melbourne to London. I would recommend the hotel with reservations that you recieve what should be provided by the hotel group

We were impressed since we arrived the hotel by a male receptionist (unfortunately I forget his name) who gave us a very warm welcome and excellent room arrangement. Well begun was half done and made our holiday happily.
